摘要
Granuloma faciale is an eosinophilic dermatosis that typically presents as red-brown facial plaques of middle-aged white men, while eosinophilic angiocentric fibrosis is a histologically similar fibrotic condition affecting the respiratory mucosa. Both are very uncommon conditions have reported concurrent presentation, the authors present the first case of eyelid granuloma faciale with eosinophlilic angiocentric fibrosis.
