Ag decorated sandpaper as flexible SERS substrate for direct swabbing sampling

Sandpaper was used as template for vacuum deposition of silver as SERS substrate. Swabbing tests of pesticide on different surfaces were demonstrated. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first SERS substrate that can swab detect pesticide on real-life surfaces.
