摘要

In the Knowledge Economy Era, business management are decided by the competition for talented person. Talented Person is the only continuously increasing resource of enterprises. The key to strengthen the cohesion and centripetal force of enterprises is to realize the innovations and build up a reasonable and effective human resources management mode. On the basis of discussing the domestic and overseas research results oil this subject, this paper compares the human resources management mode in some representative countries. We aim to provide references to the study oil our country's human resources management by analyzing and exploring the latest challenges facing by some countries' human resources management modes.
