The chemical structures of mildiomycin and its derivatives from the culture filtrate of Streptoverticillium rimofaciens ZJU5119 were analyzed by HPCL-MS/MS.The results show that there are three derivatives of mildiomycin in the culture filtrate,and two of them with new chemical structures are first reported.The analysis method is simple and effective for analysis of the antibiotics derivatives from both the wild and the engineered strains.
