摘要

We have investigated the concept of defect in (Cu2-xZnx)ZnSnSe4 (Zn-CZTSe) bulks with x = 0-0.3 prepared by liquid-phase sintering at 600 degrees C for 2 h with soluble sintering aids of Sb2S3 and Te. The sintered pellets exhibited p-type conductivity at x = 0-0.2 and n-type at x = 0.3. SEM images of pellets show dense surface morphology, and decrease in grain size upon Zn inclusion. Zn-CZTSe at x = 0.2 with hole mobility of 13.13 cm(2)/V.s and carrier concentration of 1.7 x 10(17) cm(-3) can be taken as an optimal condition to fabricate CZTSe solar cells.
