We shall show that the Pauli operator P(A) = (D - A)(2)I(2) - sigma center dot B has no zero resonances if A(x) is smooth and vertical bar A(j)(x)vertical bar + vertical bar(V) over bar A(j)(x)vertical bar <= C < x >(-P) with rho >= 2.
