摘要

To overcome the drawbacks of guided bone regeneration membranes used currently and to provide an optimal alternative, a nanohydroxyapatite/polyamide66 composite with high bioactivity was employed to develop a novel asymmetric structure porous membrane. The membrane showed a gradient porous structure. The SEM analysis revealed that pores <10 mu m and pores with the size range approximately from 30 to 200 mu m distributed in the relative dense layer and the spongy structure layer respectively. In vivo studies suggest that the membrane has good biocompatibility. The fibrous tissue was observed to grow into the spongy structure layer of the membrane, but the ingrowth was prevented by the relative dense layer. The membrane can meet the requirement of guided bone regeneration techniques.
