摘要

A novel Modified Simple Particle Optimization Swarm (MSPSO) that introduces the leap factor and removes inertia weight factor, velocity item and the local optimal parameter, is proposed, and six benchmark functions is employed to evaluate the MSPSO performance. The experimental results indicate that compared with the Simplified Particle Optimization Swarm (SPSO) and the Classical Particle Optimization Swarm (CPSO), MSPSO possesses a simpler structure, high-quality solution within shorter calculation time, and stable and fast convergence characteristic.
