摘要

In order to achieve the national energy saving targets, and track, supervise, manage and assess the energy-using condition of the key energy-using enterprise effectively, according to the user's demand and the system feature, the Microsoft.Net framework and the MVC mode are chosen, and combined with the Ajax technology, the implemented plan is settled. The .net-based energy-saving information management system is designed and implemented, and it improves the condition of the information reporting and statistical analysis mean for key energy-using enterprise and relevant functional departments. The result shows that the system architecture is reasonable, and it improves the maintainability and extendibility of the system.
