无碳复写纸涂料废水处理工程设计

摘要

Taking a carbonless copy paper manufacturer in Guangxi as an example, the wastewater of carbonless copy paper coating was treated with a combination of primary physicochemical method (high-efficiency wastewater purifier), biochemical method (tower biological filter) and deep oxidation (Fenton oxidation).The results showed that CODCr removal rate of this process was 97.8%, the BOD5 removal rate was 98.3%, and the SS removal rate was 95.9% for wastewater of carbonless copy paper coating. All of quality indicators of the treated wastewater met the discharge standards stipulated in GB 3544-2008. ? 2022, China National Pulp and Paper Research Institute Co., Ltd.(CNPPRI).
