摘要

In the past decade, with the crust active period of the earth, a series of large earthquakes caused huge debris flow, tsunamis and other natural disasters around the entire world. People developed many special remote sensing systems for monitoring the earth. This study presents a fast and latest method suitable for remote sensing system, based on level set method. This method is based on techniques of piecewise constant and piecewise smooths Chan-Vese model, semi-implicit additive operator splitting and ordinary differential equation. The proposed method has more improved characteristics, such as, less sensibility of noise, with high speed by the simplified model. It also precisely expresses the debris flow areas in the earthquake remote sensed image. Thus, this method provides a strong auxiliary function for geographic statistics. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method is at least two times more efficient than generally used method to detect the boundary of the debris flow regions.
