摘要
Five new alpha-pyrones namely nocapyrones O-S (2-6) and nocapyrone F (1) were isolated from a deep-sea sediment strain Nocardiopsis sp. YIM M13066. Their structures were elucidated by their NMR spectroscopic data, HR-ESI-MS and crystal X-ray diffraction. Their cytotoxic activities against H1299, HeLa, HL7702, MCF-7, PC3 and U251 cell lines were evaluated.
