• OBSTRUCTION

Pulmonary venous obstruction after the repair of total anomalous pulmonary venous connection is a serious complication. Transcatheter interventional treatment is a palliative choice to defer the timing of surgery; however, penetrating through the patched atrial septum may be difficult.
