摘要

During construction from an inclined shaft to the main tunnel in soft surrounding rock, the mechanical behavior of the supporting structure and the rock mass near the intersection will experience variation because of the construction of the inclined shaft. Using the Tubozi inclined shaft of the Basumu tunnel as an example, a three-dimensional numerical simulation analysis of the construction process using the part-envelope construction method was carried out by the finite difference software FLAC3D. The results show that: the most affected areas were at 6m on the right side of the gallery in the longitudinal direction and at the sharp intersection point of the inclined shaft and main tunnel in the transverse direction due to shaft construction; the surrounding rock stress and horizontal displacement were greatly affected, the main tunnel was offset toward the inclined shaft at the span of 6 m on the right side of the gallery, and bias pressure occurred; and the rock mass at the sharp intersection point of the inclined shaft and main tunnel was greatly disturbed and the plastic zone was almost connected.
