In order to achieve the characteristics of squeeze bearings easily and swiftly, an analytical method for ultrasonic squeeze film pressure calculation was proposed. The simplified governing equations were solved by mathematical physics methods by a similar way of heat conduction ones. The transformed Sine boundary and initial conditions are the key to the solution procedure. By comparing with the numerical method, it is found that the results can be applied in the higher exciting frequency and smaller amplitude conditions. The analytical results implied that the analytical one can well express the gas film characteristics when the gas film was in ultrasonic exciting condition.
