Finite groups all of whose second maximal subgroups are H-p-groups

Let be a finite group. A subgroup of is called an -subgroup of if for all . A group is said to be an -group if every cyclic subgroup of of prime order or order 4 is an -subgroup of . In this paper, the structure of a finite group all of whose second maximal subgroups are -subgroups has been characterized.
