摘要
Polyethylene glycol (PEG)-mediated facile one-pot synthesis of polysubstituted-tetrahydropyrimidines have been developed under mild and green reaction conditions. The obtained products are interesting nitrogen heterocyclic molecules that contain alpha- and beta-amino acid blocks. PEG can be reused with minimum loss of its activity.
