摘要

Acceptance of mobile service innovations
As a result of intense competition, fragmented and demanding markets and diverse and rapidly changing technologies, innovation is becoming more and more relevant in today's global and dynamic competitive environment. Hence it is very important for companies to understand the factors affecting the acceptance of innovations; this study introduces a conceptual model for the mobile services acceptance and reports key findings from a field study conducted with 1100 Turkish consumers. Results provide an understanding of how consumer innovation, company and social structure related factors affect the consumer acceptance of mobile innovations.
