摘要
An optimized procedure for staining of DNA in polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was created. It was found that picogram quantities of DNA can be detected in about one hour. The major advantages of the method proposed are to be relatively simple and fast, as well as enough sensitive for some of the most common applications.
