摘要

Palmitic acid-silicon dioxide nano-composite phase change material (CPCM) was prepared by sol-gel process from tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) and palmitic acid (PA). The optimum experimental conditions were described. Its structure and properties were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results show that the composite material is nano-material and it has favorable heat capacity. It is expected to apply in the application of solar energy and some other applications.
