摘要

The adsorption of human serum albumin onto a glassy carbon electrode has been studied by cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Changes in the oxidation/reduction current of ferrocyanide and the corresponding charge transfer resistance were used to interpret the adsorption process. Direct immobilization of albumin onto the glassy carbon surface was used for construction of an albumin-modified glassy carbon electrode. This electrode was used to probe the binding mode of the compounds 8-anilino-l-naphthalencsulfonic acid as a hydrophobic probe and copper and silver ions which bind with albumin via electrostatic/covalent attractions at the electrode surface. This electrode was probable used to probe the mode of albumin-ligand interactions.
