摘要
Since the MAXNET model was put forward, many researchers did a lot of work on the improvements of the convergence rate of MAXNET model, but they didn't give enough illustration about the choice of initial connection weight. In this paper, we analyzed the reasons why the model fails, then give examples to illustrate it. At last, we proposed the general model of initial connection weight, and proved it.
