摘要

Piezoelectric actuators are widely used in industry for ultra high precision machines. Their performance is influenced deeply by the nonlinearity of hysteresis. In this paper a differential model is used to describe the hysteresis and a novel evolutionary programming (EP) algorithm is developed to compute the optimal values of the parameters in this model. A numerical experiment exemplifies the modeling procedure. Comparison of our results with the experimental data reveals that the error is less than 14 nm.
