摘要

To reduce torque ripple of brushless direct current motor(BLDCM), a method of electromagnetic torque ripple reduction based on current predictive control was proposed. Current changes of both non-conducting phase and conducting phase were analyzed in motor commutation and analytical expression of torque was derived from calculation. On the basis, electromagnetic torque ripple waveforms were available both high and low speed area of BLDCM. Predictive control of stator currents was implemented by three steps of predictive modeling, feedback adjustment and rolling optimization based on predictive control theory. Commutation torque ripple was significantly restrained on the goal of current constant for the inactive phase. The results of simulation and experiment show that torque ripple can be reduced obviously by the use of current predictive control.
