摘要
ZnO hollow spheres with good dispersion and well-defined structure were size-controllable synthesized by an improved sonoehemical deposition approach. We characterize their photocatalytic activity on the Rhodamine B dye. The results reveal that the photocatalytic activity for ZnO hollow spheres can be attributed to the synergistic function of large surface area and oxygen vacancy, which can be optimized by controlling the diameter and defects of ZnO hollow spheres.
