摘要

A zero-voltage switching (ZVS) parallel interleaved current-doubler converter with coupled output inductors is proposed. The leakage inductor is used to be the resonant inductor directly to achieve ZVS function of the converter and improve the converter's efficiency. This converter which is operated in the asymmetrical pulse width modulation can make the duty cycle exceed 50%. Both transformers of the proposed topology can be reset to avoid the saturation situation by the clamp capacitors, respectively. The current-doubler topology on the secondary side can reduce the current ripple. The parallel way on the secondary side can further share the output current equivalently and then the rectifier diodes can sustain the lower current stress. Moreover, coupling the output inductors can decrease even more components and ripple. Small-signal model of the proposed circuit is also presented. Simulations and experimental results used to verify the proposed converter can achieve the function of ZVS, share the current almost uniformly, and own the better filter effect. Therefore the converter with high efficiency and power density can be obtained.
