摘要

In order to solve such problems as difficult traceability of arrangement basis and individual difference of arrangement result in the empirical method for the arrangement of manipulators, an arrangement optimization method based on ant colony algorithm for manipulators was proposed. The ant colony algorithm proposed according to the foraging phenomenon of ants can optimize the arrangement of manipulators and make the total movement distance of operator's hands be the shortest. The importance, use frequency and operating sequence of manipulators as well as the related ergonomics arrangement principles were taken as the heuristic information of ant colony algorithm, and the total movement distance of operator's hands under different regulations was choosen as the objective function. And thus, a mathematical model based on ant colony algorithm for the arrangement optimization of manipulators was established. Moreover, the case study was performed, and the deterministic arrangement results were obtained. The research shows that the arrangement basis of the proposed method is scientific, the arrangment process is traceable, and the arrangment results are optimum.
