I isolated and characterized 8 polymorphic anonymous nuclear loci from the federally endangered Mitchell%26apos;s satyr butterfly, Neonympha mitchellii mitchellii (Lepidoptera: Nymphalidae). All loci reported here are polymorphic and will serve as important tools in the conservation of this rare butterfly.
