摘要

In this study, a comparative analysis of the relations between photovoltaic and radiation parameters is performed to investigate changes of the properties of the indirect-type organic X-ray detector under the influence of changes of the P3HT:PCBM-blending ratio and the spin rate for the formation of the active layer. The P3HT: PCBM-blending condition of 3: 2 and the spin rate of 700 rpm showed the highest short-circuit current density (J(sc)) of 7.65 mA/cm(2), the highest power-conversion efficiency (PCE) of 2.64%, the highest collected-charge density (CCD) of 65377.33 nC/cm(2), and the highest sensitivity of 166.54 nC/mR . cm(2). The condition of P3HT:PCBM = 3:2 showed the highest absorbance for the generation of excitons, and the 700 rpm spin rate showed the lowest R-s for the enhanced formation of a bulk heterojunction. Since J(sc) is the photo-current density at the bias of 0 V, J(sc) has a strong relationship with radiation parameters such as the CCD and sensitivity that is determined by the photo-current density at the third quadrant of the J-V curve.
