摘要

Degradable capability of plastic film is one of the key technologies to resolve "white pollution" caused by it. The pyrolysis process of one kind of ordinary film and three kinds of degradable films were studied by thermogravimetry (TG) and differential thermogravimetric (DTG) analysis. The components of these films were analysed by infrared spectroscopy before and after they were used. The results showed that the TG curves of four kinds of films had much similarity and seldom difference, which meant that degradable films had more same components as ordinary film, but their added components were very different. Calculation from thermogravimetric curves showed that the content of starch in biodegradable film was about 21.05% and the content of calcium carbonate in bio-photodegradable film was about 10.91%. Different kinds of films had their own infrared spectrums. The infrared spectrum of covered degradable film for a certain period can show some changes of degradable film';s components and characters. The order of three kinds of its carbonyl indexes was: biodegradable film>bio-photodegradable film>photodegradable, which was as same as their degradable rates in field experiment. Thermogravimetry is a simple and efficient method to determine films'; components. Ordinary film and degradable film can be differentiated by DTG curve and infrared spectrum, so did different degradable films. Carbonyl index can be used as an quota to judge the state of film';s degradation.
