摘要

In this study the density and dynamic viscosity of solutions containing Boltorn H2004 as a hyperbranched polymer (HB) and three various solvents (propanone, ethanol and dimethylformamide) has been measured at a temperature range of 298.15 K to 313.15 K and different mass fractions of HB polymer. Using the measured densities, the excess volumes of solutions were obtained which were negative values indicating interaction between solvent and the HB polymer. In addition, excess volumes were modeled applying the Redlich-Kister equation with an AARD% of 2.4224. The dynamic viscosities of binary solutions were also calculated using Vogel-Fulcher-Tammann (VFT), Redlich-Kister (RK) and the modified two suffix Eyring-Margules (E-MTSM) models successfully with the AARD% values of 4.0759, 0.1793 and 8.3676 respectively.
