To cultivate eligible main promoter of Six Sigma implementation such as Champion, Master Black Belt (MBB),Black Belt (BB) and Green Belt (GB) has become the crucial to promote Six Sigma method which is a advanced quality management approach in China as quickly as possible. It is difficult for enterprises, especially the small and medium enterprises (SMEs), to accept the traditional training mode of main promoter of Six Sigma because of its high cost, long period and perhaps affecting firm's well-balanced production and management. It is out of question that networked training is a good approach to solve the problems. To begin with, the thesis expatiate the traits of training of main promoter and the advantage of networked training, then puts forward and analyses the systemic structure of networked training system of main promoter of Six Sigma, the realization mode and some critical technique points.
