摘要

To reach the purpose of process design base on 3D models, this paper proposed a procedure model aided method. At first, the Petri Net is used to analyze the process design and the phases of procedure model creation are divided. Process ontology and modeling ontology are built up for machining process design. They are described by structured forms and the transform mapping between them is constructed. Positive creation method and reversed creation method are proposed. For 2.5D and exceeded 2.5D machining feature, process redundancy creation method is researched. The constrain condition between design features and machining features is analyzed for reversed creation method. By these ways, 3D procedure model can be created by using process design knowledge.
