A Hydraulic and Architectural Model as Basis for Reconstruction Measures at River Sieg in the City Centre of Siegen Reconstruction measures at rivers in urban areas have to meet the requirements of several stakeholders. This can be flood protection, ecological design aspects, trading, urban development as well as the targets of the EU Water Framework Directive. In order to meet all these requirements the planning of reconstruction measures in the city centre of Siegen is based on a combined hydraulic and architectural model.
