摘要

A dynamic model of three-phase catalytic slurry intensified continuous reactor is proposed, performing the o-cresol hydrogenation. Dynamic simulations are performed to describe the reactor behaviors from start-up to steady-state operating point, and also dynamic behaviors in response of steps disturbances of three effective input variables. An off-line optimization is solved through non-linear programming used of Sequential Quadratic Programming (SQP), a new operating point is obtained with higher productivity and conversion.
