摘要

We study multiscale Eulerian-Lagrangian localized adjoint methods (MsELLAMs) for transient linear advection-diffusion equations with oscillatory coefficients, which arise in mathematical models for describing flow and transport through heterogeneous porous media, composite material design, and other applications. Several MsELLAM schemes are presented and studied. Numerical experiments are presented to observe the numerical performance of these MsELLAM schemes.
