In partnership with AARP, Hassmiller directs the foundation%26apos;s Future of Nursing: Campaign for Action. This effort, active in 50 states plus the District of Columbia, strives to implement the recommendations of the Institute of Medicine%26apos;s 2011 report, The Future of Nursing: Leading Change, Advancing Health, for which Hassmiller served as the study director.
