摘要

Synthesis of nano SAPO-34 has attracted a considerable attention in recent years. The quality of catalytic perforz mance of SAPO-34 is improved at nanoscale especially in the methanol to olefins (MTO) process. Due to higher surface area and smaller diffusion length, nano size SAPO-34 shows a longer life time in MTO reaction. This review investigates different routes for nano SAPO-34 synthesis. Also it investigates various effective factors such as crystallization time and temperature, type and concentration of template, water content, microwave and ultrasound power and irradiation time, which influence the final obtained SAPO-34 characteristics.
