摘要

The problem under investigation includes the determination of the hard-to-measure temperature of the sample surface in the region of interaction of the low-temperature nonelectrode plasma flow with the surface. The possibility of application of the Kirchhoff transformation of a quadratic function in the analytic solution of the boundary value problem of thermal conductivity in the nonstationary case is demonstrated. The resultant analytic dependence makes it possible to determine the sought boundary regime of the thermal effect and thermophysical parameters of the material.
