摘要
Yb(OTf)(3) in an ionic liquid [bmim][BF4] has been described as an efficient catalyst for the thia-Michael addition of thiols to alpha, beta-unsaturated ketones to give beta-aryl-beta-mercapto ketones in 82-94% yield and the catalyst along with ionic liquid was recycled and reused.
