摘要

The nitrogen and system pressure of underwater hydraulic impulsion shovel were analyzed. Through analyzing the influence of high-pressure nitrogen on impulsion energy, relative expression of three structural parameters in design was deduced to guide the design. The influence of nitrogen on velocity of the cylinder was analyzed to validate the function of the nitrogen chamber. The changing law of system pressure is the key to realization of the impulsion shovel working principle. According to kinetic equation of the cylinder, some mathematical methods are adopted to deduce expression of system pressure of the piston. The equation of system pressure is analyzed and the changing law of system pressure, which is required by the right work of impulsion shovel, is obtained. In the course, the volume of the accumulator is chosen so that the design can be checked.
