摘要

Mesoporous SnO2 nanostructures with the central pore sizes of 2.53 nm have been fabricated via a facile double-surfactant template method. The combined characterizations of X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and Brunauer-Emmet-Teller (BET) confirmed the successful preparation of mesoporous SnO2. Gas sensing properties of mesoporous SnO2 nanostructures for ethanol were also evaluated. Testing results showed that ethanol gas sensors fabricated from such mesoporous SnO2 exhibited extremely high sensitivity of 5060-200 ppm ethanol at the operating temperature of 300 degrees C.
