delta(2)-IDEAL NULL 2-TYPE HYPERSURFACES OF EUCLIDEAN SPACE ARE SPHERICAL CYLINDERS

We prove that a null 2-type hypersurface in the Euclidean (n + 1)-space is an open portion of a spherical cylinder Sn-1 x R if and only if it is delta(2)-ideal.
