摘要

A series of (E)-1-(2-benzoyl-6-hydroxy-3-methyl benzo [b] furan-5-yl)-3-[(3-aryl-1-phenyl)-1H-4-pyrazolyl]-2-propen-1-ones have been synthesized by Claisen-Schmidt condensation of 5-acetyl-2-benzoyl-6-hydroxy-3-methyl benzofuran with 3-aryl-1-phenyl pyrazole-4-carboxaldehydes in the presence of sodium hydroxide by grinding method and compared with the results obtained by conventional method. The yields and reaction rates are considerably increased in grinding method. The structures of synthesized compounds have been characterized by their IR, H-1 NMR, and mass spectral data. All the compounds were screened for their antibacterial activity.
