摘要

3D medical image visualization technology has become one of the most forefront and active research areas in the international biomedical engineering field. 3D medical images reconstruction can truly restore the true colors of objects to make doctors observe the space location and structure information of lesion or normal tissue more accurately and easily thus to work on this is necessary. In the basis of Visual Studio 2005, combined with the VTK two-dimensional sequence medical images are realized to three-dimensional reconstruction by using ray casting algorithm. To do a variety of interactive cutting on the three-dimensional reconstructed image to meet the different needs of clinical and teaching research as much as possible and maximize the use of medical image information, improve the diagnosis rate. Final results can be achieved clinical application.
