摘要
The Breast Cancer Index appears to perform better than the 21-gene recurrence score in predicting 10-yeardisease-free survival in postmenopausal women with hormone receptor-positive lymph node-negative early-stage breast cancer. This may have implications for clinical use of first-generation versus second-generation multiparametric genomic assays.
