摘要

Room-temperature solid-state synthesis has been shown to be a facile, energy conservation and solvent-free chemosynthetic method, and it has great potential in fabricating metal chalcogenides-based semiconductor photocatalysts. CdS/CuS nano-heterojunction composite photocatalysts were prepared via a one-pot low-temperature solid-state strategy. The as-prepared CdS/CuS composites revealed enhanced visible-light photocatalytic H-2 evolution activity due to the promoted charge carrier separation/transfer efficiency and the improved photo-stability.
