摘要
Adrenaline is the first-line treatment for anaphylaxis and should be given promptly by intramuscular injection. To date in France, three adrenaline auto-injectors and two dosages for each (0.15 mg and 0.30 mg) are available. Our aim was to provide a synthesis on adrenaline auto-injectors available in France and to specify the criteria that may have an impact on the choice of the device.
