We present the model and simulation for a disassembly plan in the reverse supply chain by system dynamics methodology. A disassembly plan includes two parameters: the total units of remanufacturable part (N units) and the total units of recyclable material (M units) obtained after disassembling a used-product. Our goal is to make a decision for the disassembly plan via analyzing the simulation results in order to lower the inventory levels and ensure the service levels by a smaller disassembly rate. The simulation results show that the best disassembly plan can be obtained by choosing the two parameters.
