摘要

A way to combine model with simulation technology was adopted to study HCCI combustion control rule of different valve parameters. Firstly, HCCI (homogeneous charge compression ignition) experiment points were designed based on space-filling way, which can cover whole HCCI operating range evenly. Secondly, a one-dimensional engine simulation platform was used to numerically simulate all the experiment points. Thirdly, based on the simulation results, by coupling the model with Simulink(Matlab/Simulink), the HCCI combustion rule was studied. Finally, HCCI combustion control rule was experimentally validated and studied. By this method, not only the validity of combustion rule is ensured, but also time and work are greatly saved.
